INDIA PALE ALE

IPA when consumed with Jägermeister enhances the Spicy Earthy, Bitter & fruity citrus headnotes. READ MORE

IPA (India Pale Ale) is by far the most popular craft beer category across the U.S. from coast to coast. The New England style IPA created in Vermont in the 2010s brings more juicy, citrus & floral notes with less piney and bitter with a touch more maltiness. The West Coast IPA prides itself on ramped up hops, piney notes & bitterness. The IPA style was created in England and gained popularity in the 18th century with the East India Company traders. When IPA & Jägermeister are paired together as a Shot & Beer AKA a “Deer & Beer” the combination of the two liquids are a match made in heaven. Rightly so as the East India Company used to trade spices and Jägermeister is made up of 56 herbs, spices, roots and flowers. Coincidence? IPA when consumed with Jägermeister enhances the Spicy & Earthy, Bitter & Fruity Citrus headnotes. Jägermeister & your favorite IPA whether New England or California in style paired together is a perfect match. The spicy, zesty, bitter, citrus, floral, piney notes are all working together to create the perfect flavor experience.

SEASONAL, Radler

Radler or Shandy when consumed with Jägermeister enhances the Fruit Citrus characteristics & nuances. READ MORE

The Radler style which was originally conceived in the Bavarian region of Germany started in Mid-18th century England with what was once known as the Shandygaff. Today known as a Shandy (a beer mixed with a soft drink or juice). The interchangeable use of Shandy and Radler is confusing, as they basically mean the same thing – one is English in origin, the other German. The term Radler originates with a drink called Radlermass (literally “cyclist liter”) that was originally created by Innkeeper Franz Kugler in a small town named Deisenhofen, just outside Munich. During the great cycling boom of the Roaring Twenties, Kugler created a bicycle trail from Munich, through the woods, which led directly to his drinking establishment where he blended it 50/50 with a lemon soda he could never seem to get rid of, and the rest is history. Radler or Shandy when consumed with Jägermeister enhances the Fruit Citrus characteristics & nuances.

Like most amber beers, American Amber Ale is named after the golden to amber color. This beer is one of the most widely enjoyed styles throughout the U.S. and serves as a cornerstone style of the American craft brewing revolution. American Ambers are darker in color than their pale ale cousins, with the notes of toasted, toffee flavor, along with the perception of a fuller body pair very well with an ice cold shot of Jägermeister which will highlight the Herbal Aromatic headnotes and flavors of baking spices like clove, mace and cardamom.
